Some beach clubs are designed. Bagni Fiore was composed. The bay of Paraggi is a wedge of sand barely wide enough for its own name, held between two headlands of pine, and the club occupies it the way a painting occupies a frame: a line of vintage cabins along the promenade, umbrellas ranked on the sand below, and two timber terraces reaching out over water that shifts between green and glass. The club’s own map names the pieces plainly, the Spiaggia, the Terrazza Mare at the waterline, the Terrazza Portofino suspended above the bay, and the passerella walkway that strings them together with the best view of the cove.

What has changed in recent years is the kitchen. Langosteria, the Milanese seafood house, has run the bagno itself, and its Langosteria Paraggi restaurant has occupied a teak terrace over the water inside the club since 2017, joined by the club’s own Fiore dining room. Visually, almost nothing here disappoints. The cabins are the genuine article rather than a themed reproduction, the terraces sit low enough over the water that the reflections reach the tables, and the pine slope behind does what a backdrop should. What the frame crops out is scale and context. Paraggi is tiny. The coast road runs directly behind the beach, the bay is shared rather than private, and in August the cove holds more swimmers, more boats and more day traffic than any wide lens admits. The club publishes no prices at all, and visitor reports from recent seasons run from around 80 euros for a simple set for two to several hundred for the prime rows in high season. None of those figures is official, which is exactly the point: at an address this exclusive, the honest number is the one quoted for your specific date, and anything else you read, including here, is context rather than a price.

The third thing to weigh is what kind of luxury this is. There is no DJ program and no pool, and the glamour is of the long lunch and aperitivo kind rather than a party. Guests who arrive expecting an Ibiza style scene will find a quiet, expensive, beautifully dressed cove. Guests who arrive for exactly that tend to leave planning next year’s return.

Strip away the furniture and Paraggi still earns the trip.
