Nikki Beach arrived on Pampelonne in 2002 and has run the bay’s biggest afternoon ever since, the European flagship of the white teepee brand. A complete rebuild in 2024 reorganised the whole site around a central pool, and the 2026 calendar plays the hits: Saturdance every Saturday, hero parties on Bastille Day and the house anniversary on 4 August, Claptone behind the decks on 15 August, and the Paris restaurant Maurice a la Plage setting up its summer residency from July.

Nikki Beach is the purest test on the bay, because the club publishes no bed tariff at all. Entry costs nothing, the sand either side belongs to everyone, and everything between those two facts is a negotiation.

The product here is position, not admission. The club sells beds by the pool and beds in the sand through its online system, each quoted for your specific date, and the gap between a quiet Tuesday in June and Saturdance in August can be the gap between a splurge and a car payment. So book with three answers in hand: the rate, what it includes, and whether any of it comes back as credit against food and drink. Guests who settle that first report a far better day than guests who meet the arithmetic at the table.

The clock matters as much as the position. From noon to 2pm the first seating serves the same kitchen with the volume down, a long lunch under the pines while the pool is still calm. Arrivals from 3pm belong to the second seating, when the DJs take the room and the venue becomes the celebration machine that built its name. The value read is simple: the earlier slot buys the food, the setting and the people watching without the energy premium. If the party is the point, Saturdays and the hero dates are the real thing, and also when every number on the bill stands tallest.

Where does it fall short for a careful spender? It is not built for swimmers, the sea is a walk beyond the beds and the pool is a stage as much as a place to cool off. It leans firmly adult, so a family day sits better at a dining led neighbour. And the bill grows sideways, a bottle here, a platter there, which is why the unpublished pricing deserves your attention rather than your trust. It is a show, priced like one, and the only mistake is buying a ticket without asking what it costs.

The club sits back among the pines at the Epi sector, and the shore in front of it is the same bay everyone else gets: a little under five kilometres of pale public sand backed by dunes and vineyards, with gently shelving water. The concessions hold their sections and the rest is open, so the cheapest seat for the Nikki Beach spectacle is a towel just up the shoreline. The address is 1093 Route de l’Epi in Ramatuelle, off the beach roads that thread down from the Saint Tropez peninsula, and in high summer the traffic is its own event, so leave margin either side of your seating. Parking arrangements for 2026 are to be confirmed, and a visible share of the afternoon crowd skips the roads entirely: the club publishes tender coordinates for guests arriving from yachts off the bay.
