What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Beaches for Kings collects when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain because that is how a privacy notice should read.
Information you give us
When you send a booking enquiry or subscribe to Shore Notes, you give us your name, email and the details of your request, such as a date, party size and occasion. We use those details only to handle your enquiry or to send the newsletter you asked for.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our forms provider, which passes the message to us by email. Your details are used to respond to you and are not sold.
Cookies, ads and measurement
The site may run display advertising and basic analytics. These can set cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your device or ad provider controls.
Imagery on the site is licensed stock or sourced from the Google Places API with the photographer credited. Loading those images may involve Google as the image host.
Access, opt out and contact
You can unsubscribe from Shore Notes at any time using the link in the email. You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by getting in touch through the contact page.
If we change this policy we will update the date shown on the page. Questions about privacy are welcome through the contact page.
